Ibis Fujairah

"I had a fantastic stay at the Ibis Hotel! The rooms were clean, comfortable, and provided everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The hotel's atmosphere was welcoming and modern, making it easy to feel at home. A special shoutout to Mr. Naveed at the reception – he truly went above and beyond with his warm welcome and kind, helpful attitude. From the moment I arrived, he made sure I felt comfortable and well taken care of. His hospitality added a great touch to my stay, and I’d happily return knowing there’s such a friendly face at the front desk. Highly recommend this hotel!"

Staff is very kind and attentive most of the times. I arrived very late after being working all day long. But Ruth and Syed at the reception took good care. I got an upgrade to a Novotel room. With late checkout too. I just feel grateful for all of these treats. The rooms are nice and spacious. There is walk-in shower along with bathtub option.

First, my feedback about reception: Two guys, first one Naveed and 2nd one Sayed, they are more helpful and good employees. Very good title for a receptive place, regardless of hotel or any place that they are working with. But really appreciate their attitude and welcome to the guests since I arrived. Second thing, breakfast was international with very good taste and clean restaurant. And the room is enough for 1 person.

The room is not that big. But the surprise they made for my birthday make our stay so memorable. Thank you for arranging cake for me and for the very touching birthday card message from the GM, thank you for giving us nice room and view. It's our first time to stay at Ibis Fujairah and it's all well. Pool is nice also. Thank you for the staff who checked-in us I don't know the good name but I think he is a manager. He is the one who made us happy.

It was our honeymoon and they gave us a cake, made it memorable. Then when we asked for anything, they were always helpful and attended to us promptly. Room, bed and facilities were very nice and comfy.
